Delivery

Our worldwide delivery platform is usually UPS. Once your order is confirmed, that is to say once the payment is verified, we proceed to its shipment. We prepare and ship orders from Monday to Thursday. Orders take 1 - 3 working days to be processed. Thereafter, shipping will take on average 2 - 3 days for many destinations. Since we are dispatching from Spain, please note that longer-distance deliveries such as to USA, Australia, New Zealand and Asia may take a few days longer. Custom clearance in certain countries may delay deliveries. In any case, you will receive an email with a number that you can use in the UPS website to follow your package during the entire the delivery process.

We care about your private life, so we always ship the orders in a discrete package facilitated by UPS.

UPS and TOPGAY also offer you the UPS Access Point service, which will allow you (only if the service is avaliable in your country) to choose a pick up point or a local store nearby your home where we will deliver your package. No more waitings at home or missed deliveries! 
This service is currently offered in: France, Germany, United States, Switzerland, Canada, Austria, Czech Republic, United Kingdom, México, Italy, Holland, Belgium, Poland, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Finland...

On some occasions, we can also ship your order through Fedex to make sure your order arrives to you as soon as possible.
